I had preordered the Circle Jerks/ Group Sex/ lp (splatter vinyl) w/ booklet and when it promptly arrived it was damaged! Even though this was excellently packaged, the USPS left their mark. Once I contacted Kings Road Merch then problem solved; immediately! I just received my replacement lp and it was sent out with 2 Day Priority. I'm happy that these guys mean business! "Cheers, eh!?"

I am always hesitant to order hoodies online because I'm never sure how they'll feel but I am so happy I tool the chance on my DKM hoodie! It's soft and lightweight bit still warm. The t shirts are Tru to size or maybe even a little roomy, this is my second order and nothing but good products and timely shipping. Thanks!

I ordered a few times from Kings Road Merch. Almost my whole wardrobe consists of Rise Against Merch. I love the quality of the Shirts. Customer Service in Germany is excellent. Shipping is fast. Can't ask for more. Thank you very much!

Might be great, who knows. Unfortunately use Fedex who are have now given me several scheduled shipping dates but are unable to tell me when the parcel may arrive. Contacted Fedex and astonished at how rude the response was. I was not expecting to be swore at for asking for an updated scheduled delivery date.

I ordered my item as a Christmas gift on 12/02 and I didn’t hear a response. I confirmed the order with customer service on 12/20. I received the item on 12/24. I wish there was more communication.

Terrible company. Awful customer service. I ordered a few items and paid for express shipping. The item took 18 days to be processed and shipped. My repeated attempts to reach out when unanswered. When I finally asked for my order to be cancelled, I received a rude response saying it is too late the order has been processed. The next day it was shipped. I reached out repeatedly for customer service to have a supervisor contact me, I received no response. When i contacted to return they said I could not return.

I couldn't be happier with my experience. I've placed orders with a lot of record labels and merch vendors and feel that Kings Road are better that most. The order was received on time as promised. I purchased a ceramic coffee mug and records that were packed better than any company I've ever ordered from. I will use them again and highly recommend them. I wish every company was this good.

I always love getting Dropkick Murphys merch in the mail. I wish shipping was less costly and quicker to arrive, but other than that I’ve never had a bad experience with Kings Road.
